We don’t use sand/salt for any of our properties. It causes havoc on carpet and doesn’t melt anything. Our salting process is different than most. We use road salt and while its being spread from our 8,000 lb. salter its sprayed and treated with “Magic Salt”. Magic Salt is a liquid that enhances the effectiveness of salt; it will melt down to -35 degrees. When its very cold outside our lots are the only ones down to the black top. Our successful salting practices have saved our clients thousands in slip and fall claims.
