Most sodded lawns typically have thatch build-up. We suggest power raking healthy sodded turf every other season. Combined with core aeration in the fall your lawn will breathe easy all year.
After your lawn is power raked and cleaned up your lawn will be ready for its first application of granular fertilizer and pre-emergent. Spring aeration is recommended for very thick thatch.
